Thomas pipet tips are precision molded from medical grade virgin polypropylene and are designed to fit securely onto many popular pipettors. All are certified to be free of RNase, DNase and end toxins and can be autoclaved at 122°C for 15 minutes at 15 psi. Hinged racks allow convenient single-handed access to upright tips that are arranged in a 8 by 12 format. This format is particularly useful when working with multiwell plates and multichannel pipettors. They can be user-autoclaved if the lids are left open. A validated ISO 9001 quality-assurance system ensures repeatable and dependable performance. Every medical-grade resin lot is tested for extractables before use so it will not interfere with PCR or DNA work. Additional tests for fit, function and reproducibility are conducted on each lot against the listed pipettors. The validated sterility process keeps all bioburden studies on file. 3-1/2" Length.
